Oh ace. Am dead pleased for you and it sounds like you are pleased too.

Hope the move wasn't too stressful, I will never move again - not after the last time!

May you both be very happy in your new home and your new job!

    Well this is it folks.

    the end of an era.

Im effectively debt free as of today, when the cash from the sale of my flat has appeared in my bank.

Well and truly in the black now for the first time in over 10 years.

I am going to keep some residual debt around while i make my interest on the equity.

Feels just so strange, like Ive cheated, I dont feel chuffed, I dont feel pleased or elated or anything, just like, yeah nice one!

    Strange very strange.

Anyway, this I think is where my story ends.

thanks all for reading, contributing, and taking on any of my tips ;)

thank you all for help, support and being there, you are all stars, inspirational, everyone of you!

    Over and out
    Love Lynz

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Well done on the sale of your house love, and on becoming debt free.

Is this goodbye, or will you be sticking around to share your infinite wisdom with us?

It would be really sad if this is goodbye.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches
