Hi Lynz,
Its so lovely to see that everything's going well for you and youve got a job. What a difference a few months makes. I am so happy for you and I hope you really enjoy your work and that your sale goes through and you get your cottage and your well deserved holiday. Remember to take care of yourself.

Good luck for tomorrow Lynz!!!!!:beer:A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0"Do what others won't early in life so you can do what others can't later in life"0

Don't you lose your avatar when you go bonkers?I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

well I thought I would update this a bit.
just to let everyone know that I was offered the job yesterday. Waiting for everything to be signed and sealed.
Im going to be a trainee estate agent.
The basic is very poor, but the bonus scheme is great. Basically if I do my job, then I can make a wad of cash.
I am taking it, as its better than the dole, if I dont take it my dole will stop anyway. Shortly I will have to sign off as i will have too much in savings to be able to continue to sign on in any case.
I cant wait to get stuck in :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
