            alfie10, you really need to wise up.
JSA will be sanctioned up to 26 weeks if you leave your job without a good reason
ESA is not that easy to claim. It is not simply a case of getting a note from the Doctors and hey presto money in the bank. Read this forum for more info on this.
If you are gaining income from a rental property, even if it barely covers the mortgage, you may not be entitled to HB or LHA and therefore will need to cover your own rent.
You will still need a heft deposit, first months rent, plus money for credit checks to rent somewhere privately - and it is not easy finding a place to rent that will accept LHA tenants - again this is well documented on here.
