So you have moved out of the area, leaving behind your job and house? Who is living in the property? Surely you checked to see if any sanctions would be incurred by leaving your job?

Have to say the DWP cares not one jot of debt - that is very much your problem.

I shall be renting my house out, as i cant sell it, its in negative equity. i left my job, mainly through a falling out with the manager, but was leaving anyway due to moving.

Sanctions on JSA are in place to deter people form leaving a job for no good reason, as you have done.

Is your wife working and, if so, how much does she earn?

Where are you planning on move to? (eg in with a friend/rented property?) The fact that you own a property may affect you claiming any LHA (unless the property is for sale)
Your rental income will be counted as income so will affect any meant-tested benefits....just don't assume you can move and your rent will be covered
Do you have permission from the mortgage company to rent it out

Did you actually think any of this through - or check with the relevant banefit agencies before burning all your bridges?

Disputes with managers can be resolved - far better than walking away and ending up with nothing.
