keep an eye on your o2 bill if you have an upgrade!

on my third year with o2 online, first year all was fine and dandy,
2nd year.. bills wer ****ed up, but i let it go.
this year i had enough. however. EVERY bill i have had has been wrong in some way.
started off with me having already paid a months line rental in advance.. but then being charged for 2 at the start of the contract.
well anyway i think i have only had 2 bills since january
this money my bill was 25ish and i didnt go over my limit.. so it should have been 19
so i gave them a ring.. and complained a bit,
the girl was really dead on, she was complaining how it was make everyones lifeeasiler if fat heads could get it rite in the first place, personally i dont mind because i fight for money off my bill every time its wrongo
rite.. well 2 get to the chase.. i have to pay 25 quid this month.. BUT my account it being credited with 25£ so my next bill will b wiped out. as will part of the next one
just pointing this out. people with upgrades on o2.. keep a CLOSE eye on your bills!
