Confusion over who my provider is..

Bit of a strange one maybe..

A few years ago I got an 02 contract at Phones4u. Initially I was billed by Phones4u.A couple of years later billing changed to Vodafone. So I have 02 Sim and 02 on phone display but Vodafone on bill.

Can someone tell me who my provider is? I want to negotiate a new contract with 02 rather than Vodafone so that I can keep my discounted broadband.

I would call the number on your bills and speak to them for the answer. Sounds like a bit complicated.

Probably Vodafone my guess - the display is probably a glitch with phone.
Easy way to find - dial 202 (o2) or 191 (vodafone) from phone and see which one works.

Its more than likely through vodaconnect, not sure how it works but it was an old byline of P4U.
