Hi guys,
Just got my pie magic from eBay. No instruction manual enclosed, so please could someone email me the book?
Will check into the pastry problem, it might just be a thickness thing. Hoping someone can help.
PM for my details
Thanks

I bought a new pie maker recently from the cash and carry for £10.
I'ts not a Breville, can't remember what make it is but I think they are probably all the same now as I don't think Breville make them anymore.
If your pies are taking 25 mins to cook then your pastry is def too thick.
I make my own shortcrust pastry, use a tin of stewing steak as the filling and they only take 10mins to cook.
The pastry should only be about 4mm thick.0 -
I didn't get a recipe book with my piemaker.
Can anyone post a recipe for Chocolate Muffins made in the piemaker please?

I haven't got an instruction manual for my Pie Magic either but I downloaded the instructions & recipes for Breville's Pastry Creations and also Sunbeam's Pie Magic 4, both machines are just like the Pie Magic. They're both Australian websites as apparently pie makers are very popular over there, the Sunbeam one makes 4 pies in one go!

Hello
A family member has given me their unused Breville 'Magic Pie' maker (model PM1) but they have lost the instructions / recipe sheet, along with the pastry cutters.
Can anyone still help with the above please?
I also need to know the diameter size of the two different pastry cutters too please (I will be able to go and buy those)
Many thanks in advance.
Tara

I've written to Breville, and they are very kindly sending me an instruction booklet.
They couldn't help with my query about the two cutter sizes, so if someone here could measure their two and let me know, I'd be ever so grateful
Many thanks
