Can anyone tell me how to edit the flippin' title please?

It should read Anyone any recipes for a Pie Machine?

I caught the flippin' button and sent the message too soon.

    Doh!

I bought a pie maker the other day but there aren't many recipes in the leaflet that came with it.

Does anyone have a recipe for muffins and scones that they have cooked in theirs please?

For those of you who don't know what a Pie Maker is here is a pic.

Just line with pastry, fill with whatever you like and they take about 8 mins to bake two pies.

    :)

I got the info from sunbeam
    Blueberry Choc Chip muffins

    1 cup SR flour
    1/2 cup caster sugar
    60g choc bits
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup oil
    1/3 cup milk
100g blueberries (fresh, frozen or drained canned blueberries are suitable)

    1. Place flour, sugar, choc bits, in a bowl. Mix well.
    2. Mix together egg, oil, and milk. Stir into flour mixture.
    3. Add blueberries, stir until combined.
4 Place a double layer of muffin cases into the Pie Magic. Spoon 1/4 cup of the mixture into the preheated pie maker and cook for approximately 6 minutes or until golden brown.

I have a Pie Maker but no recipe book (an unused carboot find). If anyone could post any tips on using it then I'd be very grateful. Thank You.
