    Got my money back in full 7 days later after raising dispute with Capital One. CapOne handled it brilliantly. In fact they have been great since Martin recommended them for best cashback in 2007.:beer:

    Still think PayPal were PayEnemyWhoDidntCare. Hope they had to refund CapOne.
