hi.... what do you think of this weather we are having ? is it getting you down ? are you piddled off with it ?
well i thought we could have a thread, so people could have a moan and groan... about it.......

it has stopped me from starting on my new allotment that i got in neath last week...i really...really do need to start on it as it is over grown.. and i want to get things going to catch some of the summer ( thats a laugh ) growing..

also it is the welsh national bike rally in builth this weekend.... and its going to be a total wash out. ..so dont fancy camping in this wind and rain...we normally go what ever the weather, even in the winter frost, but its been so bad... its going to be a nightmare... so not going now.....

even my ducks are hating all this rain........

there we are i have had a bit of a moan and groan.....better stop now, otherwise i will go on and on and on and on.....................

at first, it was nice..especially as we had gone so long without any rain

now, its just wet, grey, boring and monotonous. come back sunshine, all is forgiven :D

I must have missed that bit!

Yes I'm fed up with it too, it should be warm enough to be outside and it's not and it's wet and soggy and grey.... is that enough whingeing? ;)

    it neeeeeeeeeeds to stop raining!

I start dissertation research next week, for which I will me messing around in rivers for several days. It needs to be nice weather so:
    1) I dont freeze standing in the river
    2) I dont get wet/miserable/really !!!!!! off when research isnt going well
    3) river is not so high that I can't safely stand in it
    4) lower water level means higher concentrations of metals, so better results
    5) have to cycle to river...bad enough going up/down hills in good weather, never mind crap rain/spray/less grip to deal with
    6) I need to work on my tan! Been trapped inside revising for too long, need some sun on my skin again

that enough reasons why I want the sun to come out again?
