Good contracts with Windows Mobile phones

Hope someone out there knows of something i dont.
My good lady wife is with t-mobile and currently has a HTC Touch (2G), paying £15 per month (was 18mth contract) for (i think) £34 worth of calls/texts.
Looking at her usage she needs approx 100 mins a month and 300 texts.
Im struggling to find a contract with a Windows Mobile powered mobile phone, for £15, or maybe £20 a month. All the new HTC phones do everything, GPS, 3G, all stuff she doesnt need. Really she only wants Windows Mobile (required for some apps she uses) and WIFI.
Any deals you have spotted that are worth considering would be much appreciated.
At the moment she is in limbo a bit with tmobile, and i am thinking of moving to virgin solo monthly deal as this is the cheapest 1 month contract i can find for now, but i would rather have a new contract and phone under warranty etc.
