if they tried to settle you have got them on the run.

i would keep chasing otherwise it will cost you (in the amount you have given up) a lot more than £100.

Banks dont give out money as 'goodwill' so this is proof enough that you should have it all back.

They are not going to offer you the full lot immediately, these people earn their living by making money out of us. They are playing their hand and hoping that your short term greed will save them some money in the long term.

Keep fighting it and remind your OH what he could do with an extra 1k.

Don,t give in you are entitaled to all the money back. go to consumeractiongroup.co.uk then register and go into the case libary. there are a lot of cases that are going though or have already been completed. all got there full amounts back, all were offered pay offs and all refused. the idea when you start is to get YOUR MONEY BACK so why except less than that.

I got all my money back from NAT West all be it £35.00, but £35.00 is £35.00

I have not yet set about TSB but will do, i am not going to except any amount, except the amount they have unfairly taken off me.
