My mother went to pick mine up yesterday. Apparently got 'lost in transit' and they said customer service would be in touch. Haven't heard from them yet though, and still haven't got a refund.

I have a message on my order saying there is a problem with the order and customer services will get in touch. I did go into my tesco on saturday when it was supposed to arrive so the store have been chasing it up for me, they called me yesterday and said it had been sent out to the wrong location and that it would definately be in today. Will wait and see, wondering about ringing customer services to see what they have to say about it?

Just picked up my order, My online form only changed one of my items as ready for collection but both were there with same dates on

Picked up my order last night - had paid just under a fiver. Both boxes were very badly damaged. Got offered a refund of the 4.94 or a refun and they'd order again for 14.94. Took them and have emailed customer services but not heard back yet. Couldn't give them as the gift they were intended though.

Same here went to collect today and was told lost in transit , and i would have to re-order :mad:
