I had the same message and the money has come out of my account so I gave them a call and they said the courier had sent my order to the wrong store! So they were redelivering it and it should be there tomorrow :j Wahoo! Hope its the same for yours too!

I picked up my order yesterday afterhaving 1 cancelled and the box was massive. When the SA showed it i burst out laughing.

The box in question was at least 2foot x 3 foot x 2 foot in size and the lego in question was about the same size of an A4 sheet of paper and a few inches deep.

She asked if i wanted her to dispose of the box, to which i said, no way im moving house in a few weeks it'll come in nice and handy thanks.

But seriously tesco did you need to pack it in such a huge box.

I only ordered two packs of lego figures- they are lost in transit! My status didnt change from sending from warehouse.

I just phoned them, as I'm still getting the "problem with this order" message. The chap I spoke to didn't mention codes, but said if I hadn't heard anything by now, the order was unlikely to go through and it might be best to cancel, refund to the card, and reorder.
I said I'd leave if for a bit to see what happened, but he said he thought it was very unlikely I'd be getting anything, although he didn't say why. He also said I probably wouldn't hear any more from customer services until the status of the message changes, as that triggers their response. Or something.

Picked up one set, the other had been lost??!! Anyway have checked my account and they have refunded £2.17 to my account. Paid £5.74 for 2 small lego sets so with the refund I,ve paid £2.77 for the set that was delivered to store(originally cost £9.77).Can this be right?:eek: What a bargain! Thanks op:A

Did you get a receipt in the box? I picked up a dyson and no receipt in box now guarantee not valid! anyone know how I can get a receipt?

Yes, receipt is always in the box, you can log in to your account and request a vat receipt for the order, never used it though so I don't know what it looks like but should be enough to prove you bought it.
