I got my first one after waiting nearly 6 weeks.I sent a couple of e-mail chasers and finally a mail to the directors and I must say I was pleasantly suprised to receive a reply from them with payment details.
So they do pay,but a bit slow.

Got my first £90 within a couple of weeks of sending in the 3rd bill. Pleased with their service so far.

I thought it was after months 3 and 6 for phones purchased before end August. Can someone confirm. There was a thread about this on this board a little while ago. However I would recomend sending bill back recorded delivery.

I sent a copy of the third bill on December 21st and received my rebate this week- Impressed by the service given the usual way in which everything grinds to a halt over Christmas and New Year.

Only criticism of e2 is the complete lack of a written copy of the rebate terms and conditions, leading to the confusion expressed in this thread.

I applied for my refund on the 22nd November (recorded delivery) and havent heard a thing since.

Gave e2save a ring and was told they'd investigate and get back to me.

    They havent :-/

Any suggestions as to what to do next?

    Thanks
  • it is definetly bills 3 and 6, i sent back my 3rd bill and received the £90 cashback a bit late and i did have to send a coupel of emails and phone calls to chase it up but eventually they credited it to my bank account.

remember to send your cashback claims by recorded delivery

I'm pretty sure that this phone can't be unlocked without a cable, so you can't just input a code like you can on Nokia phones.
