To get back on track a Puma, as we had to get a practical family car.

mx5, we have similar taste in cars :) . For a small car I want an mx5 or a puma next, I have driven them both, they are tidy little cars. Just a question of practicality on the mx5 for me, always wanted one.

I don't own a car, and never have. Currently own a Transit mk6 along with various bikes (of the engine variety)

Hid xenon are not illegal, you need to do your homework. If they are all cars manufactured fitted with these needs to take them off. Sound info by the 2 guys above.

Mine are correctly fitted on projectors....the reason they get the look because I have the brightest available bulb 55w....and my car is old :)

They are if they don't have auto levelling, washers and an e-mark

as long as you adjust them properly and have lamps that were designed to take them and not regular halogen bulbs you should be fine

2002 2.2 Vectra Sri. Only meant to be a stop gap between leases but really grew on me so I have decided to keep it and save up my car allowance instead. This month, combined with fuel allowance I got more than the car cost me to buy!

Will be going for a Saab 9-3 Convertible next year and hopefully adding a Porsche Boxter as a fun present to myself for my 40th in 2012.

I didn't realise 1998 Fiestas had Xenon lights as standard? OK fine :rotfl:

Obviously I didn't mean the standard factory fit Xenon lights were illegal peeps :rotfl:

Aftermarket ones without the proper lens/reflector are illegal - I have done my homework thanks! http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/roadsafety/drs/hidheadlamps
