Hid xenon are not illegal, you need to do your homework. If they are all cars manufactured fitted with these needs to take them off. Sound info by the 2 guys above.
Mine are correctly fitted on projectors....the reason they get the look because I have the brightest available bulb 55w....and my car is old
They are if they don't have auto levelling, washers and an e-mark
as long as you adjust them properly and have lamps that were designed to take them and not regular halogen bulbs you should be fine0 -

2002 2.2 Vectra Sri. Only meant to be a stop gap between leases but really grew on me so I have decided to keep it and save up my car allowance instead. This month, combined with fuel allowance I got more than the car cost me to buy!
Will be going for a Saab 9-3 Convertible next year and hopefully adding a Porsche Boxter as a fun present to myself for my 40th in 2012.0 -

I didn't realise 1998 Fiestas had Xenon lights as standard? OK fine :rotfl:
Obviously I didn't mean the standard factory fit Xenon lights were illegal peeps :rotfl:
Aftermarket ones without the proper lens/reflector are illegal - I have done my homework thanks! http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/roadsafety/drs/hidheadlamps0 -
