Orange Student Contract
I upgraded my phone in November 2005 - from a Motorola V3 to a Samsung D600. I was told that I couldn't change my contract which was 1250 texts and 120 mins. However 6 months on and new customers are being offered a better service, plus I have cracked the screen of my phone (no insurance, doh!) and the battery life if terrible.
I'm contemplating either reducing my contract to the minimum one, however don't feel that is a quick fix. Does anyone have any advice?
