Apple themselves do an exchange program, simply go into your local apple store and then go to the genius bar (not the sales counter) and they can swap if for a 'refurb'd' item.
They are as new, so a great way of getting rid of any scratches etc.!
A bit pricey though at £150 last time I dropped mine and cracked the screen but it does preserve your warranty etc.0 -
I would take it to Apple, they may offer an exchange on the spot. Make sure you backup to i tunes before going.0
