National Express toilets have always been a bit dodgy they are for emergencies only really. The one on the way back from Gatwick didn't have a light so I wouldn't go in!!

Next time sit at the front. Problem solved.

    Next?

I was beginning to sympathise until I read this message. You sound pathetic. If you have shown the same level of comprehension towards National Express as you have demonstrated on here, then they are totally right to ignore you. I would.

And how the heck can you text a complaint? Can you write? If so, why not sit down and write a letter like those folk used to do in the good old days.

Tozer - I have been on a coach recently where they invited comments by text. The number was on all of the windows. Trying to appeal to 'da yoof' I guess.

I appreciate that but its not the ideal means for people like OP to have their rant.

Reckon you are bang on about how they are trying to appeal to da yoof. :rotfl:

listen pal ill not stand by and allow some randomer come on and hijack my thread and try and make out it's my fault over what i had to endure on that coach, all i done was ask where else i could take this as clearly National Express are not prepared to get back to me, and clearly some idiots on this thread aren't gonna help me either thinking it's all a big joke.

    Consumers affairs indeed
  • The problem with public transport, is that numpties travel on it out of the rush hour.

Firstly, I am not you pal.

Secondly, does the phrase you catch more flies with honey mean anything to you?

Thirdly, if you spoke to National express in the same tone you have addressed people on here then its no wonder they havent got back to you.

And finally, I have reported this entire thread for removal because frankly your rudeness and complete disregard for forum members is beyond belief.
