Is it possible to transfer contract to another name?

Does anyone know if I can transfer my contract into someone elses name with Orange.

Also does anyone know what happens when my contract ends with orange, what would happen to my free bb if i did not stay with them?

Most operators allow you to change contract ownership, just ring up and ask.

Well the BB comes with the contract, in a way as a gift for signing up, you wouldnt have to send it back, so long as orange get paid from the owner of the contract they don't care. But then why would someone take over someelses contract if they could get it themselves for the same price or cheaper and with a free phone?

The person you're moving the acc to must be able to pass the credit check, but as long as that's not a problem, yes. There is one network which doesn't do transfers, but I'm sorry, I can't remember which. . .

i ve done so on 3 and 02 , both require to credit check the other one who s taking over and also on 3 network you need to have your account for 2-3 months before you can transfer
