Case of Wine for switching - LIES.

Well I switched over 5 months ago after advice from this site for a case of wine on Uswitch.
I went to the site, saw the pic of the free wine in a rack ont he page I folllowed, switched over to Scottish Power, got confirmation via email (with reference to said wine at bottom of the page).
It said wait upto 4 months for the wine, so I waited upto 6 (which is when i remembered I was owed!).

I've forwarded my Uswitch invoice/confirmation, questioning where the wine is, Ive been told I am not applicable for the wine as I needed to follow a link from a well known money saving website when Its clear Ive followed the correct protocol. - I saw the picture of the wine, all the way through the process checked I was getting wine, yes its on screen before submitting, get an email, all seems good, come to ask for it (most probably forgot to claim) and Im being denied.

Seeing the wine doesn't prove anything. The reason is that the offer was open to all, but unless you followed the MSE link, the wine offer was a discount not a freebie.

Also, even if you did follow the link, it could be that you visited the site previously without following the link, and then the freebie isn't certain. You may have needed to delete all cookies, history, etc to ensure you got the freebie.

scottish power are a blumming joke-im switching from them as a matter of principle! harveys bristol cream sherry is half price at morrisons lol.............£4.95 for a litre!;)
