Was with everyday50, but no way they were loosing money with me. Calls had to be after 7pm to get free minutes and had to either phone landline or orange mobile. This was fine in the beginning when I was a student and most folk around me were on orange.

I just let things get out of hand and bills have been horrendous at times.

Didnt call orange last night, but will tonight, gonna ask for bluetooth headset.

just got off the phone with orange again can only say I'm fuming!!

tried my very best to get a better monthly deal, asked for a few extras such as bluetooth handset, free video messaging credits......etc

no can do! they would not consider anything.

apparently they only base how good a customer you are by your monthly spend over the last three months. the girl told me I have had the best deal offered and cant do anything else. Even though I mentioned that I have been with orange for 8years and at times my monthly bills have been in the £100's, she could not check this and could only base me on my last few months, which was £67 average!

I told her ok fine got 7 days to cancel contract will send phone back and renegotiate.......her answer....best deal they can do 500xnet....250txt....plus headset for £25/mnth only if I take a 18mnth contract! Thats worse than what they offered now....thats just taking the p$$s!

Final note gona stick with the contract they have offered, then come the end of the 12month they can shove it.....hopefully grass will be greener elsewhere....

I don't understand why you don't tell them to shove it now. Cancel within the 7 days and then request your PAC.

    Cheers
