A gym is a necessity????? (from Mel B people, not from the ''poor people''). I don't see that going to the gym to look better is a ''necessity for self esteem'' if she's coming home to a home she's strugglingto keep up with. Better, to get home sorted, and take a brisk walk, or run for health....no?0
