There, phew, wageslave is going to cover it. :)

Elbow grease is free, I agree: storage etc might not be (I've been distracted so haven't seen yet).

Ah, just seen filthy dishes in rooms, yes, thats free to sort out. But stuff, I think, can be harder.

Five kids, rent and community tax paid and £280 quid a week.

Thats do-able if you cook from scratch etc. Or am I being unrealistic?

    Stuff is definately more difficult.

There is a charity furniture place near me that will sell you a chest of drawers for a tenner and let you pay it up.

Cardboard boxes are free. Anything is better than the faffing floor.

Mel B wants to hire a skip with the family allowance and go from there.

I feel really sad about the Keith Allen family. :(. Perhaps its to do with the cameras but the interaction between them seems....well, sad.

And the bedding..or lack there of, I've seen sheets in chrity shops..surely a family with a laptop (which seemed to be being used unplugged in, so possibly wireless,) could afford a sheet for the child who sleeps on a mattress on the floor?

Ok they are dreadfully overcrowded but does no-one own sheets?

How much is a fold up bed?

EDIT LIR got there before me

I take it this person you are talking about will also fall under the "poverty" guidelines.

This is my problem with poverty. It's not really poverty, it's just laziness and a complete lack of priorities and basically, selfish.

    I'm not watching btw!
