Anyone have issues with o2 speeds?

Just joined o2 from BT.

O2 blame BT for congestion at the exchange, strange then how I never had this issue with BT.

Anyone else have this issue?

Cant see you later speedtest, but I can imagine what it is.

I left O2 6 months ago. I was on the access package (non LLU).
I had major issues for months, and they let me out of the contract earlier, but kept promising it would be fixed.

It is congestion, because they have taken on more customers than they have capacity for.

I would look up O2s forum, keep a tight eye on it. I think they have a 30 day get out facility - might be worth keeping it in mind.

Going by the upload speed quoted in the test i would say Access, which has loads of issues regarding throughput download & upload speed.

Some folk are OK on Access, but a great many are not, just take a look at O2's own forum and you're see what I mean..

I'm afraid Access (if it is) was not a good move. Just go to the O2 forum to see the number of unhappy subscribers.
O2 LLU is great but Access is not.
