I bet he has a few Ipods!!

Funnily, enough, I have been contacted by another person who claims they'd sent their ipod to be repaired months ago to the same place, that their cheque was cashed and that they've received lots of excuses but never seen their item or been issued with a refund since...

    Any update with enforcement?

The ipod was returned in a broken condition without any refund after the judgement was made and I can't be bothered to deal with this twit anymore.

..By comparing my experience with the other chap whose Ipod disappeared months after being sent, the ahem (I use this term loosely) 'repair company' policy appears to be to return it after a court judgement has been made but not before...

This guy who also lost his ipod months ago (despite the publicised 48 hour turnaround for reparis) assumes he'll simply go through the expense and effort of a small claims case only to get his broken Ipod sent back in its original condition with no refund.

I went with a company operating out of Brighton, UKIpodrepairs, a few years back when mine played up.

Sent on a Tuesday, acknowledged via telephone they'd received on the wednesday, and back in my hands on the Friday good as new.

yes, judgement was for money [is there any other judgement...?] - full cost of replacing the old ipod for its original purchase price, plus postage, court costs and refund of the repair charge.
