Just wanted to say I got some amazing news today; a job I applied for halfheartedly has turned out to be perfect - and they want to give me a 6k pay rise! This is going to help me amazingly
Two morals to take from this, I guess
- If you don't ask, you don't get. The request for 6k was overoptimistic but it worked! :j
- Second, never give up hope. The answer might be round the corner, and a little investigation goes a long way.
Sorry for being self-indulgent, I just can't sleep as I'm so excited!
