Is there cheaper iPhone insurance than O2's?

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any insurance providers that are better value for money than O2 for the iPhone 3G?
I pay £7.88 a month, but O2 offer a great service. If I need to claim then they send a courier out who swaps my broken phone with a brand new one. Accidental damage is covered (I dropped it in the loo). The best thing is there is no admin - you just call up and it is all done.
I may not go for something cheaper necessarily as this service is worth paying for, but I'd be interested to know if there are any better deals out there as it is nearly £100 a year.
