    Indeed.

We all were, as soon as it became clear we were right.

The stated reason was they wanted to portray to newbies that our "arguments had no veracity"....:rotfl:

    Oh dear....

Yeah, I think they were getting sick of being told by me that mean and median salaries weren't the same thing and that, as more people worked than owned it would only be the higher earners making up that median or mean who would determine house prices.

And that historical multiples were based on mean male earnings.

I think they really didn't want to hear that mean house prices would never be 3 times a median salary of 25k.

It's about time HPC.co.uk was shut down once and for all.

The regulars have been humiliated so much that they need to ban folk that were proved right.

One thing i do wish that was put into the equation. The BOE base rate is the lowest for 300 years. 0.5% isn`t a problem it`s more a cry for help. This is Gordies attempt at keeping his home owners happy. The lying git, having presided over the shocking degree of HPI now realises that it`s totally broken. Gone a bit wrong as many home owners are not on trackers. He has screwed up lower paid workers by removing the 10% tax band, handed out fortunes to the " baby machines ", so here we are in Lala land.

It`s also a total insult to older people like me. Firstly he taxes pension dividends, did I agree to that? Then the interest rate is slashed so my savings generating next to nothing to prop up his failed economics. To top it all beer has gone up and i need loads of that as the best i can expect is that plonker Cameroon stepping in next year.

Hoping for a sex change and a time machine. can then produce 6 kids and party on.
