If you want cheaper straighteners get the babyliss pro 230, I have hard to straghten hair and they work better that GHD they also only cost about £30!!!!
I have had my set for 3 years now and never had a problem with them so they last better as well

    They're actually £25 on Amazon atm. :T
  • thats a bargain :-D

I love them my hair is spiral curly and GHD just leave me with more of a fuzz my daughter is the same. so i can recomend these 100%
  • I would avoid that site like the plague...
Do you have any mates who are hairdressers? For some reason I seem to know quite a few!! Anyway, my friend (the hairdresser!) got mine for me from wholesalers, virtually cost price with no VAT...only paid £77 for them (was 18 months ago)...just a thought. Or alternatively, if you don't know any hairdressers, go and make friends with one!!
  • they can't even spell the word "accept" correctly on that website! :D

I can second this, I always used GHDs, but my last pair broke (overuse probably!) and I was a bit skint so got the Babyliss Pro 230 instead and I LOVE them! Just as good, if not better than the GHDs.

Another big up for the Babyliss Pro 230 - they really are better than GHD's :T:T. They dont frizz my hair and its in far better condition than when I was using GHD's (mine broke!)
  • lol see we all love the pro 230 xxxxxxxx

I am confused too as just looked and it says mine is a 230. But the one on offer that the op posted is clearly a different one to mine.
