I got a load of 60mm Celotex from a company off ebay who were selling seconds. I managed to get them for £10 a sheet, which is about half the price. Just be aware you'll probably have to pay a delivery fee unless you're able to pick them up (like I did). Though if you're buying a fair few, you should still be quids in. There is also a company called Seconds & Co who sell seconds along with normal stuff.0

Forget the DIY sheds, local builders merchants and then see if they will compete on price.
I got a some 100mm (£40 in B&Q) for £24 per sheet from a local merchant after a little haggle.

Apparently, these claimed u-values are now dubious:We used a product called actis, the u values were a lot higher than what kingspan were and it is only 25mm thick so didnt impose on the inside height of our loft extension http://www.just-insulation.com/super10.html
