Ebay Seller Relisted the Item I bought!!

So yesterday I won an auction for a 8gb iphone (brand new completely not used) for £200!!! Which I thought was an absolute bargain :) And I paid for it with my paypal account literally minutes after the auction finished. but today, the ebayer has put the same item up (but with different item code) with the same pictures…

@Terra-Ferma - Actually you can - and should - raise a Non-Performing Seller dispute against them (which you can do if you get refunded). Email proof will be needed, but this will give the seller a warning not to make too many "mistakes" in future.
