Ebay Seller Relisted the Item I bought!!

So yesterday I won an auction for a 8gb iphone (brand new completely not used) for £200!!! Which I thought was an absolute bargain
And I paid for it with my paypal account literally minutes after the auction finished. but today, the ebayer has put the same item up (but with different item code) with the same pictures and everything!
What should I do?? I've already paid but he seems to have put it back up because he wasn't going to sell for £200...
please help.

It may be that he has another one exactly the same? I wouldn't panic yet, he still has plenty of time to post it to you.0

I've bought a few things in the past that have been relisted by the seller after I bought them.
Its normally they just have more than one and just relisted once one has been bought.Comping again0 -

and didn't want to do a second chance offer to next highest bidder as the price is sooooo low.
Great bargain! Well done!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Just wait and be patient...
Give them a few days, then perhaps send them a message asking when the phone will be posted.
If it doesn't arrive after say 10 days, open up an "item not received" dispute.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Alright Guys! Thanks! I'll just wait a few days...0

If you are overly concerned then why not email the seller and raise your apparent concerns? When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0 -
Hi, I have just had a very similar problem.
I bought and paid for an iPod at £50 - bargain. Sent money through PayPal then noticed the item had been relisted at £65.
Sent a message to the seller which returned:Hello yes i refunded you as i put it up for the wrong price and the payment went to the wrong paypal sorry
Fair enough she refunded, but surely she breaks some kind of terms and conditions. What happened to eBays Buyer Protection. What can I do? Do I have any case?
Thanks

You don't have a case because you were refunded and ebay cannot force them to sell to you.
However you can leave a neg and low stars to warn other buyers, and also if they get too many low stars they'll get in trouble.
I would say a part from P&P they deserve low stars, they never dispatched, they never told you they didn't, and perhaps 3 for item as described as in all fairness you don't know.0 -
Or just 1 across the board because that's what they deserve, and it might have been poor, you never know if they didn't send it, so why give them the benefit of the doubt? It could all be as bad as the dispatch time after all.0

I've given them negative feedback and they replied with:No need to give bad rep i said clearly in a message that i had put wrong price and wrong paypal also i refunded within minutes.
So although they made TWO errors on the listing, which eBay gives you chance to review before listing, they still feel they deserve positive feedback! Silly. Clearly in a message? Yes once I chased them asking why my item was back up for sale.
Pretty delusional to think they can mess a customer about, break a contract of sale and not expect negative feedback.0
