samsung tocco frozen
I have a samsung tocco and it has completley frozen this morning when i tried to use it - now i cant even use the buttons or put the phone on hold let alone use the touch screen. cant find a solution on the internet - does anyone have any idea how to get the phone working again as i have tried turning it off and on , taking the battery out etc.

Take the memory card out aswell.
You will probably need to either flash new firmware onto it or perform a factory reset.0 -
I have had FIVE Toccos in 12 months due to the same problem, sent each one back to Orange and they have finally replaced with a different model. Now have the Samsung Jet, very impressed so far0

thanks have managed to get it to work now by removing everything including the memory card. hopefully it will continue to work now.
Thats not good about your phone(s) i got the tocca beacuse several people reccommended it but i have had nothing but problems with it really - i may go back to my old viewty when i get home!£27.76/£2018 in 20180
