Vodafone contract price plans
I got a 12month vodafone contract in December 2008, this was £10 per month for 500 texts and 75 minutes. In march 2009 I changed my priceplan to 200 texts and 300 minutes, my monthly payment remained the same at £10. I never agreed to a contract renewal or signed anything, what I want to know is will my contract still end in December 2009? or will it now run to march 2010 which will be 12 months from my priceplan change? If it runs out in December, how do I go about terminating at the end of my 12 months?

[STRIKE]Doubt it, they usually let you change up and sometimes down mid contract. Ring them up on 191 and ask when is your end date.[/STRIKE]
Scratch that, it might have been a renewal. You can go up and down tariffs but that involves a change in price for more/less minutes. The fact yours is the same sounds like a early renewal deal. I take it you didnt get a new phone or anything, just more minutes for no increase in cost.
If it was a renewal, they will have added another 12/18/24 months on top of your existing plan, so if your normal end date was Dec 2009, it may now be anywhere from Dec 2010 to Dec 2011. But they should have made it very clear that it was a renewal and would affect your contract length.
Either way ring 191, and ask when your next renewal date/contract end is.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
