Reassurance Required from 'PCN Ignorers'

I'm currently ignoring six, have previously successfully (It appears) ignored three, I am collecting them in the hope that if I get a full set I will be able to turn them into cash on ebay (everything is collectable).
If anyone has a difiinitive list of these bottom feeders I'd appreciate seeing a copy so that I can determine how well my collection is going.
I also derive a certain degree of pleasure from returning to the scene of the "CRIME" to facilitate repeat offending.
In fact I was even thinking of resurrecting the old paper chase race whereby instead of collecting bits of paper participants would be required to obtain pcn notices as proof of having visited a location, I think it could turn into a national pastime for the forthcoming two years or so until all these parasites slowly expire through loss of revenue.
I'd disregard BFG's post though if I was you as issuing "authorities" are expressly forbidden under their own code of practice from invoking evil spirits in their efforts to pursue revenue, if caught they face severe penalties such as chinese burns or in extreme cases even nose tweaking.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
I would say the NHS hospital or PCT has no idea what they are doing....otherwise why would they be wasting public money on an unenforceable invoice/debt etc.
Unless the 'parker' was stupid enough to start corresponding with them??0 -
I notice a discussion on another forum where a victim actually has been summonsed after failing to get a ticket on an NHS carpark. The advice given is to contest it and there won't be a problem because the plaintiff won't show up. So how about not showing up yourself in such a case? If neither party shows up, what happens? Can someone explain the possibilities here? Also, it seems that sometimes you do have to go to court.
A summons was issued by the court rather than a claim was lodged and the papers sent ?
What is the basis for the summons ?0 -

No, if it is ignored the claimant wins by default..0

Has anyone seen this part of the National Clamps website? http://www.national-clamps.com/index.php?section=ignoreopsion
I'm particularly concerned about the statement "In the meantime your registration number is recorded and should you enter any one of our sites in the meantime your vehicle will be towed and impounded until debt satisfaction."
I thought towing was only an option (and legal) if you were contravening any notices at the time, so what's the legality in towing out of spite because you haven't paid their "invoice" previously? If they do this at their sites, what's to stop them coming round your house and towing it off your street?0 -

Such action would be clearly unlawful.
Nor can they issue a Summons.
That page is, frankly, drivel.
