Only downside to the 3 series in my opinion is fuel economy.
I suspect mentioning the BMW's poor fuel economy compared to an EVO is a bit pointless.
Which Evo anyway? (Assume you meant the 335i or d as none of the others are comparable to the EVO)
Evo Pro's
Speed
Handling
Practicality (4 Door Saloon)
Kudos
Rare
Reliability
Cons
Insurance
Road Tax
Fuel Economy (Low 20's at best)
Servicing (Costly and More Often)
Image (More likely to be stolen)
BMW Pro's
Handling
Reliability (Not always the Case though)
Looks
Cons
Too Common
Image (Think BMW Drivers)
Base Spec + Cost to Add Additional Spec
Only 2 Door
Small Boot (Seats don't fold - AFAIK)0
