kayleigh, a lot of GPs are able to access a patients records electronically which means that it shouldn't take months to get your notes anymore when changing GP. This does depend on the old GP being digitised and the new GP being digitised though:o

Hmmm maybe I should get some of those Ryvitas for my drawer at work. Would be a bit healthier than the packet of digestives I've got tucked in there at the moment :o

They were 89p at Waitrose on sat, and if you get the ones with a little red sticker on, you can claim a free packet of ryvita minis.

Ooh thanks Scaredy, I might try them. Better than the chocolate I've just had, I've really slipped back into bad habits and need to pull myself around.

Can anyone tell me what the point of three quarter length sleeves on cardigans and jumpers is? I'm looking on ebay for some nice thick woollies, but most of them have 3/4 length sleeves, I mean, why? I don't want to keep my body and upper arms warm and leave the bottom half of my arms freezing!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

I like them - I find long sleeves get in my way when working. The seem to come so long nowadays that my hands are covered.
