    It won't tell you if it was installed by a registered engineer. Does that bother you as a purchaser? To the extent that you would pull out if the installation wasn't registered? Because it is going to be impossible to get a GasSafe guy to register someone else's work.

    People normally assume that if the place has been lived in by its owners and they look reasonably normal that they have lived with the heating working. Not foolproof, but general.

    That's great thanks! I vendors seem like decent people and if the service document is a good indicate, that's fine for me.
