Morning ladies (and gents if you are around)

sexymouse hope you manage to get something done, I was also wondering if in addition to the union ACAS could help http://www.acas.org.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1461 I know a lot who've had positive input from them in similar situations, don't let them drag you down x x

Wow is it half term already? Goodness this year is running up and biting me on the a**e. Anyway today will be manic, just not until I've had my coffee as I am struggling to wake up.

Good news is DS2s on another camp from tonight, he's so looking forward to it, bad news is I haven't packed yet and we figured out this morning his sleeping bag, torch, waterproof are all in the CARAVAN so I need to drive there today, pick it all up then pack his case. PAH! I am going to do several birds today as I have so much to do, as I have a mountain of stuff to take up the caravan when I go up with DS1 this weekend I am thinking I will take it today which saves me unpacking with him round my ankles which will also clear the front hall. When I drive DS2 to the forest he's staying at I will call into pet shop for Woody's live food. While in the east at the caravan I am only a couple of miles from DPs new club venue so I will take in their paperwork he needs dropping off. Oh I need to pack for DS1 and I too....bother.

Well I suppose I should get a wriggle on, get a washer and dryer load in before I go, I best fill the DW too...................toodles x x
One day I might be more organised...........

    Hi everyone

Had to knock the flying on the head yesterday (bit of a crisis here but all sorted now).

Sexy agree with what others have said - I gave up childminding because of all the 'politics and burocracy (sp?)'. I got an outstanding but the inspector was only interested in my paperwork and spent 4 hours looking through that and didn't once watch me interact with the children I had in my care - total nuts !  Another thing is that there is no 'set' criteria, a lot of it goes on the inspectors personal opinion which is totally wrong. Not sure if it's still the same now but it needs to be changed and fast !

Off to Copenhagen at 3 so won't get much flying done today either (well, I will be flying but not flyladying lol), DH going to finish bathroom so he's in charge from now on   :rotfl:. Told him if it's a mess when I get home, then I'm straight back on the plane :p.

Right off to do some more packing ...... have a great weekend ..... will be back on Monday night xx

  • Morning- I want to say a MASSIVE thanku to everyone.. I would of normally just cried and backed dwn as being scared of him leaving. But this time I had u all confirm to me that it wasnt right an that was just based on what happened last night. I always end up confused as to whos fault it really is( mine or his) but u lot are fantastic & u helped so much. I dnt haveany friends in 'RL' as we moved here as I gt preg & i was v. ill & aftewr birth i got PND.
So all my old friends have sort of fizzled out.
Anyway he stayed last night- his stuff is still all packed- and he was gone when woke up( hes not wrking 2day- hes a postie:rolleyes: so is on the 'picket line' at god knws wt time.) then all his wrk mates are going to golf- planned when they got the strike date. So he'll be there all day, then gets bk/ gets changed & his off 2 his occaisional wrk at the legion a few towns away. I will be asleep when he gets bk & he will be gone to the postie wrk when I wake up in mrning- then after that he does footie every sat & I'm going to mums 2moro(looking after my bro)- its dwn by coast so hr& hlf away.. Will nt be bk til Wed.
I think it will be good as I will have time to think. I get v. confusedbecause hew can be so lovely.. but also cn be v. nasty- he has NEVER been pysically violent & never will be. Hes just v. v. nasty sumtimes:o

Anyway THANKU so much again, all so lovely towards me.

    Lou x x

Oh no, thats the worse. My ex was like that, turned me into a nervous wreck. What ever I did was wrong, never good enough, always talked about what he wanted never thought about anyone else, the amount of times I've cried myself to sleep...well. Mental cruelty is always harder to define because as women we always blame ourselves first plus you can see a bruise and it can't be argued with. Splitting up, although hard was a great relief. It can be done and to be honest I would have probably ended up sectioned if we hadn't. Good luck whatever you do, but remember, YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN THIS.

Pigpen - glad you got yourself sorted, make sure you rest (that doesn't include decorating) for the next week, impossible I know with the Half term, but do your best and only do what is ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Started the day of well today, friend came round with youngest son as school had finished yesterday for him, sat having a chat when her phone went, it was the school asking if all was well and whether he was ill or not... PMSL:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I on the other hand always try to send mine in when they school is closed.:money:
cleaning front, well yesterday something strange happened, I had energy!!!! and tackled one of the many hot spots (the house is one big hotspot to be honest) anyway pulled out one of the settees (hitchcock type music) half a black bin liner later and discovering many a lost item. Washed dog bed especially as one of the kittens had decided to mark it.shampooed said area of carpet, had energy wasn't in agony and woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed today (especially surprising considering the weather we have at the mo normally triggers the CFS) I don't want to say this to loudly but do you think the MMS may be having a positive effect?. So one hot spot down many more to go.

Hugs and sympathy to all that need it and for thouse experiencing black dog days I find a water ppistol quite good at scaring the !!!!!!s off:rotfl::rotfl:
