    Morning all
My headache on Weds developed into a migraine yesterday so I wasnt really online all day. DH was great and did the school run in the morning and then worked from home to look after DD2 in the morning. I got up at lunchtime and we went to Asda for lunch which was easier than doing it at home and cleaning up.

Feeling almost back to normal this morning :)

Hope everyone doing okay today and not too many down in the dumps.

Its gorgeous here, I did loads of walking this morning - to school (15 mins), then half hour chat LOL, then walk to Drs (15 mins), then walk to friends for quick cuppa (half hour) then walk home (20 mins). Didnt get back til 11:30

    Since then I have:
    - declutterd floors upstairs in all rooms
    - hoovered floors in all rooms upstairs
    - sorted out stuff for DD1 party bags
    - sorted out DD2 bookcase
    - decluttered some bits off spare room bed
    - emptied upstairs bins

    Quite pleased!

Need to do a proper list as there is lots I want to catch up on today, inclding the thread.
Got pasta on for lunch and while its cooking going to empty DW, clear up breakfast stuff and put a wash on.

    Laters peeps!

Afternoon all, posting first and catching up after.

One load of washing out on the line, it's quite bright but not really drying out there. Still it will make it smell nice :)

Dusted and vacuumed right through downstairs.

Cut front grass (did the back earlier in the week but it's been too wet to get the front done before now, it's still a bit wet really but it's tidier).

I'm planning to sort through a kitchen cupboard soon while the dinner is starting.

    Hope everyone's OK.

If I can make an apponintment at the DAB (Dusty's Advice Bureau :p ) I have a question: At what time should DS and I start banging the saucepans to get DD out of bed

Pen-Pen - The time you bang saucepan lids (or in my case, vacuum round said child) is in proportion to how late they went to bed and how annoyed you are. It's inverse, so the later they stay up and the more annoyed you are, the earlier you start:D:D:D. Or take the choice of the following options: 1) When you want to wash their bedclothes (I have been known to strip the bed when they just went to the loo) 2) When you remember they are actually home 3) When you want to move house.

I'm glad my able colleague stepped in whilst I was out :D

I'd say when nobody else wants to use the bathroom or sofa for a bit ;) if she will be in the way out of bed then leave her where she is

Had some lunch, DS2 doesn't want any.

Making a cuppa and then an hour of sitting down sorting in the RofD
