I'll join you as well Valli. Your Ds sounds like my Ds1, he'll quite happily leave dirty washing all over his bedroom floor then wonder why he hasn't got any clothes to wear:mad:.

We didn't go for a walk after as it's still chucking it down. So, we snuggled on the sofa under the blanket and i read Dr Who magazines to DS2. He's now playing with his Dr Who toys whilst watching Dr Who.

Since my last post i have

Made & eaten lunch
Lit fire
Put Bm on for Pizza dough
Put dry dishes away
Washed up

Thursday ~ Childrens pits, spare or neglected rooms!
Level One
Strip , wash and replace bedding
Declutter and vacuum the floor
Level Two
Sort through a cupboard.. any cupboard, could even be a kitchen one!
Drag out and sort all the gibble from under the bed!
Straighten the toy boxes and shelves
Level Three
Wash any soft furnishings that need it.. or the duvet!
Dust and deweb
Wipe sticky grotmarks from the walls, doors and paintwork
Extras

1. List 1 item to sell

scrub the fixtures! polish the mirrors and taps
Level Three
Clean and sort a cupboard or shelf and recycle all those empties

valli you are doing a great service to your son and any future romantic partners he may have. My MIL finds it funny that at the age of 44, her "boy" can't iron, or even take the carp out of his trouser pockets...well he couldn't when I met him...but he can now. What a thing to do to your offspring, to make them so (weirdly) dependant.

Declutter the floors!
Level Two
vacuum/mop floors
wash the bathmats/shower curtains or anything else that needs it
scrub the fixtures! polish the mirrors and taps
Level Three
Clean and sort a cupboard or shelf and recycle all those empties
dust and defrag the pc and declutter 50 unwanted emails and 5 links from your favourites.
Wipe over the desk and any chairs that are in these rooms

Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill
Level Three
Sort through and clean out one cupboard
Clean the oven and hob..
