I've washed up and had a look at recipe for tonight's dinner. It's quite easy so that's good.
Feeling rubbish today so not pushing myself in any way. DH knows and is fine about it."Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."

Pigpen - you really do need to do this. I had similar problems (huge, but huge fibroid) and all they had to do was insert a Mirena coil. 10 minute job.
Bingo: no AF now ****for 5 years**** :T:j:T
It could be so quick, so simple and so instantly effective...
Pigpen's not keen on the idea of coils (I've already had this discussion with her as I nearly had a mirena fitted 2 years ago but they couldn't do it), and for what it's worth I agree with her - if they treatment you are being offered isn't something you are comfortable with, then look at the alternatives, as in a lot of situations you have options. Of course, if you're unlucky enough not to have options, as I know some of the ladies on here are, then its a very different decision
I was lucky enough to have a choice, and I made a decision to deal with a similar problem myself through diet, exercise & reflexology (and a mooncup!). When I do what I should I'm fine .
Pigpen - as you've obviously decided that the treatment they're offering is the best option for you in the circumstances, try (deep breath, count to 10, remember you're dealing with muppets and it's not their fault they're too stupid for the job they're doing) to engage with the people concerned to come up with a time and date that will work for you and the family. Explain the childcare issues, and maybe have a few dates listed and ask whether any of those are possibilities. I know it's hard, but just be grateful you're only going in for a short visit.
Managed to go to the gym this morning and did a seated workout. Have massage booked for after swimming tomorrow, and physio for next Wednesday. I'm meeting friends after work for coffee, and then hopefully will be able to get some paperwork (and possibly some flying!) done tonight after work.
See you all later...0 -

Here is a link to the before pic of under the sofa
Here is the after pic when it was all done!
Hope the links work! The quilt you can see was a free gift from a catalogue company, it's now washed and is going to be kept under the undersheet and on top of the mattress. And the picture is now listed on ebay. The suitcase is full of clothes, which I will go through at a later date."Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look what they can do when they stick together."
