Weekly Flylady Thread 19th October 2009

Morning lovelies,

Not a bad day here in Herefordshire, abit overcast and looks like it may rain later but overall its not too cold and theres no wind.

Enjoying another day off work today so im going to tackle the kids bedrooms, ive made a meal plan for the week and hopefully all i will need to buy are potatoes and eggs. :cool:

Had a court summons today for non payment of council tax which really threw me as I am upto date. Phoned them and they said I had a shortfall of 90p!!! :mad: Geez, so I paid that but because it has been paid after the summons was issued it is still going to court So ive decided to take that day off work and attend just to see what the judge says! Well I may as well make the most of the £60 court costs ive accrued ggggrrrrrrrrrr

Anyway on a brighter note, kids go to their dads at weekend for a whole week wooohoooo thats a 1st so I shall be cooking for 1, not done that for over 20 years:eek: Im quite looking forward to the peace although I will probably miss it, will seem strange rattling round the house on my own.

Well done Quillion on the weight loss! I’ve put on 2lbs, but not surprising considering how I ate over weekend! But am up to 5000 steps a day, so pleased with that

vacuum the floors
Straighten a cupboard of clothing
Empty all the bins upstairs
Level Three
Tidy a box of 'stuff'
[STRIKE]Tidy up the floordrobe, inc. shoes bags and toiletries.[/STRIKE]
dust and deweb

2. Wash windows
3. Binbag dance
4. Check doors and windows for draughts and make a plan of action for dealing with them

Tuesday ~ Living room, Hall and Stairs ALL DONE

Wednesday ~ Kitchen and Dining Room of Gloom
Level One ~ done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
[/STRIKE]Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill
Level Three ~ done :j
[STRIKE]Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out one cupboard[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Clean the oven and hob..

[/STRIKE]Extras

1. Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Drag out a large appliance or 2 and clean behind and under it

Jilld thats just how i felt

have nearly cleared table and a hot spot chair
going to fix brush now - used pole for decorating and brush floor ready for mopping
wm x 2 about to go on washing line
filled a bin bag with crap useful for nothing and no one and will recycle shortly

Wipe and water plants,[/STRIKE] d[STRIKE]ust and deweb
Clear and wipe window sills, and any electricals and picture frames etc[/STRIKE]
Empty and clear out a cupboard..

[STRIKE]send off for face cream[/STRIKE]
15 minutes filing
