Looks like you're having a busy weekend hex!

It's miserable and wet here. Laundry has been sorted, so I'm off to load the WM then need to have breakfast, wash, dress and S&S between now and 10am when I need to head off to the station.

And I must get the dehumidifier in this weekend otherwise I'll end up putting the heating on before I really need it.

I have a large pile of paperwork to clear in the study, a small amount of ironing, and uncollected stuff to relist on freegle. I'm not guaranteeing I'll get much done :o

Couldn't work out why the train journey was going to take so long when I was checking times last night - tried again this morning - doh! Engineering works from here to Sittingbourne. I'm so not going to get a bus there. So, I'll be travelling from Sittingbourne! Big drawback is that OH or I will have to collect the teens from there in tthe middle of the night. We'll be leaving in about 30 minutes.

Dull and wet here, but I don't care, I'm looking forward to a day out!

    Have a lovely day everyone!

See you later!!! (better check my train options too!)

ETA - I'd better hurry up - weekend trains appear to be a lot slower than weekday ones, even though they have the same number of stops :confused:

(will Soappie be keeping a log of *your* visits as you have done for LL? ;))

That won't be needed on this occasion because Toots may not be able to actually access the board and we know she'll be in good hands!

Pigpen - top news on the red stuff - but go easy for a few days when breaking in the new bed.....

Absolutely miserable, dark and pouring with rain here this morning. I actually slept in! And the dear dog has decided to pee all over my nicely cleaned utility area floor ~sigh~ so that'll need a wash AGAIN. That's my payback for sleeping in!

Trouble is, there's a curtain covering that doorway rather than an actual door and the bottom of that has soaked some up. So, that'll have to come down, be handwashed and then hung up somewhere indoors to dry. Thouhg I might just get away with washing the bottom bit....

Oh, and do enjoy the meet up
