Cant get The Music Pack on Sky Mobile to Load

I have got the Music Pack on Sky Mobile tv that i got last night and have had the sports pack for about a month and have had no problems with that but for some reason with this new pack it loads but wont play and when it does it starts and stops all the time.
Can someone please give me some advice on this please as i dont understand why the sports work but not the music one.
