well then you are not a child and your mother has no right to tell you what you can and can not eat

eat the meat, tuna is lush :D

She does if it's her house. Her house, her rules, if she doesn't want meat on the premises then Palna should respect that.
ETA: Of course he/she could eat meat out of the house if he/she wanted.

TBH most vegetarian food is low fat and healthy anyway.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

  • Cashew and Pistachio nuts. They aren't low fat (although relatively low saturated fat) but they are high protein so keep you full for longer so you don't need to eat many.

A vegetarian diet can be lowfat and filling,if you base meals around a lean protien such as yoghurt, pulses, lentils, tofu, quorn etc.just reduce the amount of dairy produce or swap to low fat options

lean protien and lots of fruit and veg is the easiest answer, but also having slow release carbs for breakfast ie porridge, bran a smoothie with toast

low fat dieting is unhealthy for us, fat is not the enemy, digested cholesterol does not affect serum cholesterol

Hi ive just started the Alli and wanted to ask a few things. It says you are not allowed to go over 30g is this because it will all come out off you the other end ? Is eating loads and loads off fruit and veg ok in a day ? Whats the best things to eat while on Alli ? I have been on Xenical a few yrs ago so i know what to expect if i do eat to much fat lol.
    Thankyou
