I had chicken chow mein for dinner last night and it must have been full of salt and other nasties as I had a thirst I could not quench. Glass of (fizzy) water, 2 glasses of coke :o , 2 Capri Suns and a pint glass of diluting juice and I was still thirsty. Made for an interesting night when I finally did go to bed...I was up every hour for the loo. :rotfl:

ahhh i see your on the fat bar steward diet :p

:( < This is me today.

    I weighed myself.

OH spent yesterday going through his wardrobe finding stuff he'd never worn in yonks, he's back into 32/34 trousers and he paraded all over the place in the big ones that you could get two of him into now. He's justifiably pleased with himself, as he should be, but it secretly makes me feel worse. Is that bad to admit that? :o I am pleased for him but I have this other feeling that I'm trying to not give house room to. :undecided Not sure if it's plain old jealousy or bitter hatred. :rotfl:

Doesn't help that TOTM is approaching rapidly and I feel as crap as I ever did before the acupuncture. I had to stop that suddenly because of the hassle of having to move out whilst the kitchen was sorted and I haven't been back, So either it's something that you need to do all the time (which is me stuffed because I couldn't afford to keep that up) or you need to top up every now and then.

I'm just all 'woe is me' this morning. :o

But it's the hormonal mood swing side that's more of a problem for me, don't think coils help that?

Had a coil fitted years ago, got it done, left the surgery, felt seriously hot and weird then promptly fainted in the street. :o:D
