spoke to union blokey to day and he said they should redeploy my to a non regulated roll (hope so)

and with the current climate he is getting alot of people like me (BR)

In some ways it is as though someone in a job which BRs cannot undertake has made themselves illegible for their current role and effectively made themselves unemployable. I could see employment legislation being updated to include this, if it is not already included. However, I also think legislation needs to evolve to distinguish between BRs based on the reasons.

I really hope it works out for you, I too work for an insurance company and and am really worried although i dont advise clients directly i do sell to intermediaries.
I am going to go B but really dont want to loose my job.
