I received a 'reminder' email saying I should have completed the q'aire. the previous day. On my piece of paper instructions I thought it read 22nd (which was yesterday) but on closer inspection it read 22ST...! Did they mean 21ST or 22ND? Sent them an email pointing it out, do you think I got a reply? NO as usual. Yet they want me to be punctual, the next q'aire date is different on my piece of paper to what is on the trial website. I do wish they would communicate better if they want their trials done properly & correct dates. Even admit or apologise that THEY made the mistake rather than suggesting me being late.:eek::(0

What about 'clicks points' it says you can view them on the ‘Incentives Account’ tile but I can't find it! Does anyone have any 'points?0
